> Clef is Cloudflare's 27B decision model: send application state and a schema of typed questions (noul / choice / score) and get back a probability for every allowed option — it returns probabilities, not generated chat text, so it produces no free-form output. It is post-trained from Qwen3.8-27B with a joint schema head and speaks the native Jev / System One envelope. Call POST /api/v1/decisions (POST /api/v1/systemone is the same handler).

Decisions is not chat: send `state` and typed `questions` (noul / choice / score). Requires a BYOK key for TypeSafe, LLM Gateway, Vercel AI Gateway, AIHubMix, AutoJev, or Fastino.
