Quyet-1.0-Large is a calibrated decision model by Chinh Nguyen, fine-tuned from Google Gemma-4-31B-it: it reads a state (text, JSON, or a conversation) and a typed question, and returns one option with calibrated probabilities — not generated chat text. Call POST /api/v1/decisions (POST /api/v1/systemone is the same handler).
