How to enable it

Add your BYOK key
Go to Dashboard → BYOK, add a provider key as usual. You stay in full control.

Toggle 'Donate to pool'
Flip the switch on any eligible key. AnyRouter handles routing, rate-limiting, and ToS compliance automatically.

Every token served through your donated key returns 5% of the notional cost to your AnyRouter balance.
Why are no providers eligible yet?
Donating a BYOK key means AnyRouter uses your provider API key to serve other users' requests. Every major provider we reviewed — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, Together, and others — either explicitly prohibits key sharing or is silent on the matter. Our policy: silence means excluded. We only open the pool for providers that grant explicit, documented permission for third-party key delegation.
Why donate?
ToS-safe only
Donation is only enabled for providers whose Terms of Service explicitly permit third-party key usage. No provider is eligible by default — we'll open the pool once one grants explicit permission.
Passive credit earnings
Idle quota earns you back 5% of each request's token cost. The more requests routed through your key, the more you earn.
Opt out instantly
Toggle off in the dashboard and your key exits the pool immediately — no delay, no pending requests.
Helps the community
