Fledge Alpha disabled

OpenCode Zen no longer lists fledge-alpha-free (verify:upstreams MISSING and a second /zen/v1/models fetch, 2026-10-11). The platform hop was already commented out (#4419), so the BYOK hop was its only upstream; disabled rather than pruned.
